Our experience was one of a relaxed and cradled nature working in with Vanessa. Her communication was exactly were it needed to be at any time it was required and any minor obstacles were dealt with in a very reassuring manner. For one of a better expression we felt “Under Her Wing ” and we would use Vanessa and Vicki Philipoff settlements again without a second thought. Thank you wholeheartedly.
