Amended Strata Titles Act to take effect on May 1st 2020

This morning, the WA Government announced that the amended Strata Titles Act and the associated regulations will take effect on May 1^st.

The amended Act also contains provisions for Strata meetings to be held remotely which will be vital to the industry as we navigate the COVID-19 era.
