Great News! Up To 75% Reduction In Stamp Duty Costs For Off-The-Plan Apartment Buyers

The WA Government has announced a fabulous new incentive for prospective off-the-plan apartment buyers.

Property buyers who sign a pre-construction agreement with builders to purchase an apartment for the next two years are eligible for as much as a ​75% discount on stamp duty costs​.

These changes will affect “those who are on the margins of being able to afford their own home. And it makes it less expensive for seniors wanting to right-size near well-connected centres with quality services.” Ms Brewer said (Executive Director of the Property Council WA).
